SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD

Per oggi mezzogiorno un pranzo light ma incredibilmente gustoso.
Io non posso mai rinunciare all’avocado ma ricordatevi di non usarne una quantità spropositata, io ne uso 1/4. Per quanto riguarda il pollo invece, ricordatevi di cuocerlo alla piastra con sale e pepe e magari qualche spezia di vostro gradimento ma senza olio che servirà invece per condire l’insalata.
  • Petto di pollo
  • Insalata mista
  • Pomodorini
  • Cetrioli
  • Avocado
  • Cipolla
  • Olio Extravergine di oliva
  • Sale e pepe

For today’s lunch a very easy, light and tasty recipe.

Do not exaggerate with the avocado, 1/4 will be enough. Season the chicken with salt pepper and maybe other spices you like, but remember not to use the oil, you’ll need it to season the salad.

  • Chicken breast
  • Mixed Salad
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Avocado
  • Onion
  • E.v. olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
