La ricetta di oggi vede come protagonista uno spuntino semplice, leggero e sano. Molto spesso non ci rendiamo conto di come per avere una dieta sana ed equilibrata, la prima regola sia sperimentare. Così un classico Yogurt, può diventare uno spuntino da re.

  • Yogurt di soia ai frutti rossi
  • Mix di frutti rossi
  • Menta

Inutile dire quanto sia perfetto per le calde giornate estive.


Today’s recipe is a simple, light and healthy snack. Quite often we don’t realize that in order to have a healthy and balanced diet the first rule is, to experiment. This way a simple Yogurt, can become a winner snack.

  • Soy berries Yogurt
  • Mixed berries
  • Mint

Useless to say how perfect this snack is for hot summer’s day.
